Bosporus - Eintritt und Austritt des Überweges / access and exit of the crosswalk

A crosswalk through the Bosporus. From one side of Istanbul, from an already existing crosswalk, I want to continue with this crosswalk by using painted or/and cut synthetic stripes. The crosswalk starts with the regular crosswalk, crosses the road next to the Bosporus, then continues along the seaside promenade, the park, and the beach, leads into the sea, appears on the other side, and stops after crossing the following road. (stripes app. 5m x 0,5m, white, diff. materials)

The stripes under the water continue until they cannot be seen anymore (i.e., only a few meters - not crossing all the river bottom).
